|Thank you for having your vehicle serviced at Arlington Heights Ford. Our service procedure starts with the Check In. We will tag your vehicle, ask you to sign a work order, a damage disclosure from, and introduce you to an Assistant Service Manager.|
|You will meet with your Service Advisor to discuss needed repairs and maintenance. If required, you may be asked to go on a test drive with a technician to verify a condition.|
|Your Service Advisor will contact you by 3:00pm with a status report if your vehicle was scheduled for that day. Other arrangements may be made if necessary.|

|If your vehicle requires additional time for repair, you can expect a timely update from your Service Advisor.|
When you return, you can be confident that we've done our very best to FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Please go to the cashier to pick up your vehicle. The cashier will give you your paperwork. If you would like further explanation, just ask for your Assistant Service Manager. A service porter will bring your vehicle to the exit of the service drive. If any other problems please contact our Service Director Jerry Hood.
